For brand new sites like this for brand new small businesses, I use a framework and custom theme that are easily expandable and probably have more options than needed. This way the site can easily be changed as the business grows, and as more content is added.

KennahIT went from a very simple 1 page website, to a simple WordPress site. She’s previously gotten new business thru word of mouth only, but realized the need for a professional web-presence.
One of her biggest challenges of this project was creating written content for the additional pages on her new site. She sent over the wording to launch the site, and was glad that being on the WordPress platform will allow her to easily change and add content.
